I guess my only critique would be the blood coming out of the model's mouth, it just doesn't really fit. While I do like how neat you made it look, it just doesn't really flow would the whole blood-sucking concept. But, however, this is better than the messy blood squirting out of the model's mouth concept that has been done a million times. This is just my own opinion, but I think it would be much cooler if the model were crying blood (as vampires do). That, besides in the show itself, isn't something that I've seen and I think it would be much more effective and it would fit your "it hurts so good" catchphrase even better.
Either way, beautifully done.
and blood is not real, i copied it from true blood poster.

The only suggestion I have, and only because I'm obsessed with them right now, is to add a backlight so that the left side of his face has some detail. But you don't have to if this is what you are going for.
